Bout Of Books 7.0

Bout of Books

The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, May 13th and runs through Sunday, May 19th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. For all Bout of Books 7.0 information and updates, be sure to visit the Bout of Books blog. - From the Bout of Books team

I will be participating in the bout of books book-a-thon. This is the first book-a-thon I am doing in a really long time, so I am super-duper excited for it.

Time Devoted to Reading

I will be doing the read-a-thon the whole week, probably most of the time unless I have to go out somewhere.

My Goal

I have decided to read a total of 6 books the whole week, since my minimum weekly reads is usually 2-3. I will be reading:
1. The Fault In Our Stars by John Green
2. Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins
3. Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins
4. The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald
5. Tiger Eyes by Judy Blume
6. That Summer by Sarah Dessen

  3. Reading a couple of books in a series is a great readathon tactic - it's easy to just keep going when you finish the first one ;)
